The little candle
When your love light seems to fade, turn your eyes to see.
A thousand flickering candle lights that shine for you and me.
Every little candle, shining in the night,
Finds its glow in moon and stars,
That share with us their light.

This poem was written by a kindergarten teacher to a boy who had lost his father. This text is the end part of a fantasy of a (lonely) candle, which she created.
